About the Journal

Knowledge Innovation refers to the process of creating new knowledge or improving exiting knowledge through innovative practices. It emphasizes the role of knowledge as a key driver in the development of various disciplines. In effect, it involves generating new ideas, methods, and products and services by leveraging existing knowledge and integrating with new insights. Herein, innovative practices encompass processes such as research and development; collaboration and interaction among individuals and teams; and the application of new technologies to improve knowledge sharing and utilization. Knowledge innovation fosters creativity, improves efficiency, drives growth and ensures sustainability of organizations, thereby leading to the betterment of society.

The NIBM Journal of Knowledge Innovation focuses on advancing research and practical applications through knowledge innovation in the areas of business management, information and other modern technologies, and education, training, and development against the backdrop of the evolving socio-cultural and ethical vicissitudes with emphasis on productivity enhancement and sustainability. Academia and practioners shall publish their work in knowledge innovation in the said areas that will be of value to academia, professionals, managers, administrators, policy makers and students. Thereby, the Journal promotes free and unbiased opinion, networking, and sharing of experiences on diverse strands of knowledge innovation leading to enhancement of scholarship and organizational and societal development.

An on-line publication, the NIBM Journal of Knowledge Innovation is released in the months of January and July of the year. The submissions will take the form of conceptual articles, research articles, review papers, case studies, technical project reports, and book reviews. Thus, it offers a wide range of contributions from theory to practice, generated through quantitative to qualitative enquiries, observation, experimentation in organizations, and reflective learning of past events.
