Editorial Policy

Manuscripts

Papers (Manuscripts) shall adhere to the format and style prescribed in ‘Instructions to Contributors (Authors)’ provided on the ‘Submissions’ Section.

Review and Acceptance Procedure

Each submission will initially be reviewed by the Editorial Board and thereafter submitted to two experts in the given field of study. The comments and suggestions received will be conveyed to the authors with requests for revision before the paper is accepted for publication. A submission may even be rejected based on the reviewers’ comments which will be duly informed to the writer. The editorial board or the reviewers may request for data and workings during the review process which the authors must be willing to provide.

Rejection of manuscript in the evaluation process

In case a manuscript is rejected by both evaluators, it will be deemed as rejected. However, if a manuscript is rejected only by one of the evaluators, it will be referred to a third evaluator. A rejected manuscript will not be entertained as a fresh submission for publication in the journal.

Originality

Submissions shall be original contributions that have neither been published previously nor under consideration for publication. However, presentation of a paper at an academic conference or professional meeting will not disqualify it from being considered for publication provided that the conference/ meeting does not own copyrights of the paper.

All articles published in The NIBM Journal of Knowledge Innovation are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

Under this license, users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and share the published articles in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal.

Users must clearly acknowledge the source and provide a link to the license when reusing the content. Any reuse or distribution must also indicate whether changes were made to the original work.
